Scripture:
“I praise you because I am fearfully and wonderfully made; your works are wonderful, I know that full well.” – Psalm 139:14 (NIV)
Reflection: In a world obsessed with comparison and perfection, it’s easy to forget how deeply loved and intentionally created you are. From the beginning, God formed you with care. He sees every detail of your personality, your gifts, even your struggles, and still He calls you “wonderfully made.”
Psalm 139 reminds us that we are not mistakes; we are masterpieces. When God looks at you, He doesn’t see your flaws—He sees His creation. He sees potential, beauty, purpose, and value that doesn’t fade with time or failure.
Even on days when you feel unworthy, unlovable, or unseen, God declares that you are valuable. You don’t have to earn His love; it’s already yours.
Personal Reflection Questions:
Do you believe you are “wonderfully made”? Why or why not?
What lies have you believed about your worth?
How can you replace those lies with God’s truth?
Prayer: Father, thank You for creating me with purpose and intention. Help me to see myself the way You see me—not through the lens of shame, insecurity, or comparison, but through the truth of Your Word. Heal the places where I’ve doubted my worth. Let Your love reshape how I view myself. Amen.
